2023 – Kanpai! Onigiri and Mochi is a Japanese street food-style food truck selling various kinds of onigiri and unique flavors of mochi. This experimental menu design gives customers a uniquely tactile and physical experience when ordering. Background graphics and patterns guide the customer from panel to panel without being distracting, while also imparting a fun, homely personality to the food truck.
